I wanted to complete the window treatments in my new home. I had worked with Jacklyn West when she was associated with another firm in the Tucson area and had lost touch with her. When she called me back to setup an appointment I knew I had found the perfect place. I was right. They were able to work within my budget and provided good recommendations to consider regarding insulation for south and west facing windows.

Went to The Blind Guys to order our new blinds. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Sales people were easy to deal with and let me change my mind a number of times. They came to my house so we could see different fabrics and looks where they were going to be and get a real idea of how they would look. The installers came and did a wonderful job installing the blinds and educating us in how to use their remote (for the mechanized blinds) and how to handle the manual ones as well. The installers were very competent and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up everything when done and made sure we were happy before they left. All in all, this was a good experience.
